LEISURE CENTRE of SPORTS ACTIVITIES In Brno-Komárov Leisure Centre is located in the Center CITY DISTRICT Brno-Komárov, where their function is absolutely ideal. It is located on the continental divide the "old Komárov" (terrace houses) and the "new Komárov“ (Panel housing estates). Its location offers very easy, short and safe distance and therefore available to all. At the same time visually concluded was created by the Church. Giles, creating a small square in the Centre of the MUNICIPAL representative, which miss here. The idea of the concept is - response to longitudinal settlement in the form of high concrete blocks, in the form of organic in which, even for the eyes of the top balconies and Windows offers pleasant views of the elegant organic shapes inducing natural environment in "concrete town". - create an interesting space, that it is impossible to visually accommodate from a single location, but attracts the visitor to explore, where each movement open up new views and vistas - create a hidden but easily accessible location, offering a peaceful setting in the heart of busy urban traffic in particular. The complex is made up of a few nuggets of larger or smaller dimensions, which in itself always skrývájí a specific function. THE ARCHEOLOGICAL MUSEUM - REBUILDING OF ST.HYPPOLITS AREAL IN ZNOJMO

The main goal of this project is to find new use of former monastic grange for archaeological base and exhibition combined with multipurpose building containing gallery space, workshop room, accommodation and restaurant. The courtyard should become new public space (during opening hours). Znojmo-Hradiště (also known as Hradiště sv. Hypolita) is an important archaeological site with numerous finds from the period of the Great Moravia. The monastery and the grange are situated in the centre of former fortress. The complex of the monastery and all its buildings with few exceptions are cultural monument.

THE ARCHEOLOGICAL MUSEUM - REBUILDING OF ST.HYPPOLITS AREAL IN ZNOJMO

The main idea was to create dignified and functional building of new museum with captivating exposition and also with functions such as laboratiories, workshops and depsitory and thus serve the whole process of archeological work. To provide the area with demanding visitor supply are also designed functions such as wellness, restaurant and tourist accomodation. Also accomodation for emplyees is designed and could be rent for visitors when not used. The whole area should create new center in Znojmo Hradiště.

VYŠKOV, HISTORICAL CENTRE – VISION OF FUTURE - AREA OF CHATEAU GARDENS

Cultural and social object contains a social club, an orangery and a multipurpose hall. The community center will bring together non-profit organizations with a wide range of social services. The architecture of these buildings is completed follow-up spaces at the newly renovated chateau garden. Its architectural expression follows the Renaissance idea of emphasizing human dignity in all dimensions of his life.

Residential Complex on the street Grasslands in Brno - chimney . The site is located on a slope in the former colonies garden . The idea behind this proposal is to revive the atmosphere of the place, taking advantage of its more than lucrative position at the border of the city .

THE ARCHEOLOGICAL MUSEUM - REBUILDING OF ST.HYPPOLITS AREAL IN ZNOJMO

This thesis presents the use of the uppermost place in Znojmo - Hradište . The objective was to create a center of archeology at the heart of Hradiště with connection to cycling and walking routes , but also attract visitors and revive the whole Znojmo. Archeological museum needs three functions ( research, culture , recreation) that complement each other . The main gist of the division is the fact that cultural are is created by research but used by recreational areas. There are designed three buildings , each of which has a different function. In account is the historic environment and the overall concept of settlement. The area is designed with the aim of developing and transferring nature of philosophy from archeology to architecture. Buildings in the south notionally closed top shape and follows on shape neighboring monastery.Division into two units allow connection of streets Mašovická and Křižovnické . Schematic plan view of the southern part of the site is designed with the recreational areas in shapes inspired by human bone under a microscope. Culture uilding located in the northern part of the site follows the curvature of the final contour . By using complementary cultural remains ( foundations ) Moravian stone church , the highlighted field . Inspiration unit is based on archaeological finds ruins . The building is divided into several unequal masses, each of which performs a specific function . Trying transcript archaeological finds in architecture is also designed in detail. The proportions of wall and grassy areas before entering the cultural building is inspired by the shape and proportions of the graves that were found at the Great Moravian Slavic necropolis .

Residential Complex in Brno - Komín

The main purpose was to find an ideal solution for the given area in Brno-Komín on the street Pastviny and to design a residential complex here. The surrounding of the parcel offers us a fairly good functional amenitie and good accessibility. The actual parcel has a descent from the eastern part of the territory, where it is an undeveloped territory with forests.There is a dense developement with residential use on the west side already. Urban design is mainly based on the idea of natural human movement and perception of space. A person likes certain order, but does not perceive the strict geometry and so we can afford to break the rowhouse and adhere to detached objects. Even though the space can be perceived as a street. Another purpose was to preserve the most natural descent of the terrain. The space is designed with three types of buildings: family house, three-storey block of flats with terraces and a four-storey apartment building. The weights building design is based on the module 6x6x3 m. This block has been gradually multiplied on every construction site and creates a natural substance migration.

Center of Brno is one of the most important parts of Brno. There are many unused places such as parcel on Pellicova street which belongs to department of education, sport, culture and youth. The project is about using the parcel for creating new function for culture - education buildings.
