Comparison of travel agencies Tip Travel and Globtour

In this bachelor thesis reader will learn about two slovak travel agencies, Tip Travel and Globtour. The theoretical part describes what a travel agency is and what its function is. It also explains the concept of marketing mix. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis are real information about both travel agencies, about their product and its production, sale, distribution methods and the way of presentation of the product. After the presentation of the results of my own questionnaire, a new type of product will be suggested. At the end of practical part we will learn about an opinion of an independent affiliate on both travel agencies. At the end reader finds a summary of results of whole bachelor thesis and author will evaluate both agencies.
Motivation and stimulation of employees

This bachelor thesis deals with the motivation and stimulation of employees at the University of Economics in Prague. In the theoretical part are determined the basic concepts of motivation and are presented some motivational theories. In the practical part are mapped the motivational instruments, that the school uses and there is processed a questionnaire survey. The aim of the work is to analyse the motivational system at the University through this questionnaire survey and suggest solutions that help improve the system of motivation and thereby increase employee's satisfaction.
Analysis of the loyalty program of IKEA

Based on the theoretical background concerning customer loyalty and loyalty programs, the master's thesis analyzes and assesses the loyalty program of IKEA. The program is compared to the loyalty programs of competitors on the Czech market. Based on the primary research using a questionnaire, the master's thesis studies the extent of participation of customers in the loyalty program, the way the program is perceived and for whom it is the most attractive. Improvements are proposed based on the findings.
Assessment of the shopping atmosphere of retail chains Globus and Tesco

This bachelor thesis handles the analysis and assessment of the shopping environment and shopping atmosphere of hypermarkets Globus and Tesco. For my thesis I chose stores in Prague 5 - Zličín. In the first part I am dealing with description of the particular inducements of the shopping atmosphere. I introduced characteristic, business activity and operations of these retail chains. The assessment is based on my subjective analysis and on questionnaire. It enabled me to find out objective opinions of customers and to asses the shopping atmosphere of these stores.
Leader skills research

To detect, if there are any differences between leading people and university students in their leading skills and abilities. To stress the importance of developing these skills.
Evaluation of Atmospherics in Selected Retail Units

This paper will first focus on the theoretical definition of the term "atmospherics" and its elements. This part will then serve as basis for concrete evaluation of atmospherics in hypermarket retail units Tesco and Globus. After that, the two units will be compared and contrasted and eventual suggestions for improvement will be offered.
Hotel Westside non-financial anti-crisis measures in 2008/2009

The goal of my thesis is to analyze anti-crisis measures of the hotel Westside located in the United States of America. The first chapter explains theoretical approaches to crisis and its impacts. It depicts crisis management approaches to successful crisis managing. In the next part of my thesis I look closer at the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis. I tried to show details of subprime mortgage crisis spreading into the financial sector and also its impacts on tourism industry. The last chapter of my thesis compares theoretical approaches with the real steps in the crisis. After analyzing the real hotel behavior, I can conclude the hotel managed the crisis successfully. Right identification of the crisis, choosing effective price strategy and additional financial resource utilization contributed to smooth managing of the crisis. There were mistakes made by human resources department. They made the impact of the crisis on the hotel bigger but their realizing taught the management of the hotel how to behave in the future.

Financial analysis of FINOSA, s.r.o.

Cílem prezentované bakalářské práce bylo zhodnotit finanční situaci společnosti FINOSA, s.r.o. v období vymezeném roky 2003 a 2007. Společnost FINOSA, s.r.o. je předním dodavatelem tabákových výrobků a doplňkového sortimentu pro provozy večerek, čerpacích stanic či tabákových prodejen. Práce má celkem tři části. První část je teoretická, zaměřena na popis uživatelů finanční analýzy a použité metodiky. Druhá část je věnována bližšímu představení společnosti FINOSA, s.r.o. a jejího předmětu podnikání. Poslední část je věnována aplikaci metod a postupů definovaných v úvodní části. Výsledky analýzy jsou interpretovány a následně krátce zhodnoceny.

In the first part i will focus on a single characterization of financial analyse and depicture the separate principles that will be applied in the practical part. In the second part i will introduce the company then implement own financial analyse and at the end i will make comparison intercompany with the companies at the same field.
