This thesis is dedicated to the perception of the cult of personality of Josip Broz Tito by the yugoslav press (selected titles) in the period of 1986 - 1989/1990. The transformation of this perception in given time offers an example how political and social changes in Yugoslavia in the second half of 1980's might be seen. The perception of the cult of Josip Broz Tito in this thesis is documented in a chronological manner. All three selected newspapers (Vjesnik, Oslobodenje, Politika) are monitored simultaniously, so the perceptions from Zagreb, Sarajevo or Belgrade can be easily compared and diferences shown. The thesis contains five chapters, each of them describes a given period of time. Certain events with a profound influence on the perception of Tito's cult separates these chapters, some of them were described in special chapters.

Enverism - Belief in one God, the religious Situation in Socialist Albania
Vinš, Přemysl ; Nešpor, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Chrobák, Tomáš (referee)
The subject of this thesis is the religion situation in Albania between 1946 and 1990. It is a period, in which the communist party - lead by Enver Hoxha till 1985, had rule over the country. This work deals in detail with the legal development of religion in Albania after the Second World War and after 1967, when all the religious institutions were outlawed and free religious belief was proscribed. However, this thesis focuses mainly on the analysis of Albanian written sources (press and literature) and it presents the antireligious arguments of the Albanian communist state and the role which the religious issues played in the propaganda of the Albanian state against the inner and outer enemies, in the legitimisation of politics of high Albanian political representatives and in the construction of the historic tale of the Albanian state and nation. We applied the theory of political religion (Voegelin, Aron, Maier) on the Albanian case.
