Design of the optofiber sensor system to monitoring change of length
Jelínek, Michal ; Stehlík, Jiří (referee) ; Mikel, Břetislav (advisor)
The bachelor´s thesis deals with design and verification of optical fiber sensor system for measuring changes of length. This system is designed to shape monitoring of the nuclear power plant containment. The principle of measurement, design and realization of the first version is described in the work. Principle of measurement and functionality of the whole system was verified by measurement of specially prepared reinforced concrete console. The console was prepared in the way to simulate behaviour of containment of the nuclear power plant. Within development of system there were prepared of optical fiber sensors with Bragg´s grattings which are later used for measurement.

Effects of high-intensity interval training on the aerobic performance of soccer players
Stehlík, Jiří ; Frýbort, Pavel (advisor) ; Kokštejn, Jakub (referee)
Title: Effects of high-intensity interval training on the aerobic performance of soccer players. Objectives: Influence eight-weeks intervention HIIT program on aerobic performance of football players. A secondary aim was to determine influence eight-weeks intervention HIIT program on aerobic performance of football players ages categories U16 and U17. Methods: High intensity interval training Results: After eight-weeks HIIT program occurred in the experimental group of football players to improve aerobic performance. HIIT program therefore has positive effects on aerobic performance. Football player age category U17 increased performance of 1,9 ml.min-1 .kg-1 , which is slightly greater increase than in age category U16 which increased performance of 1,6 ml.min-1 .kg-1 . Keywords: high intensity interval training, aerobic performance, Yo-Yo test, soccer
Evaluation of physical fitness, body composition, basic as well as specific game skills of young football players.
Stehlík, Jiří ; Kokštejn, Jakub (advisor) ; Frýbort, Pavel (referee)
Title: Evaluation of physical fitness, body composition, basic as well as specific game skills of young football players. Objectives: The main aim is to discover the mutual relations between motor performance, basic movement skills and game skills in young football players. At the same time, the aim is to determine the differences in the above-mentioned parameters between junior players and senior players. Methods: The main research method used was observation - measurement and testing. The research group included 38 football players of the FC Hvězda Cheb (18 junior and 20 senior football players). Physical fitness was tested using a standardized Unifittest 6-60 test, gaming skills were tested according to the handbook on the ProFutbalAnalytics.cz website and basic skills were tested using the TGMD-2 test. Results: Significant differences in favor of the senior players were found in all individual tests of physical fitness and game skills. A significant correlation (p <0.01; r = 0.558) between basic movement skills and game skills in the tested players was confirmed. A medium correlation was discovered between physical fitness and gaming skills in the tested players (p <0.05; r = 0.479). Keywords: football, physical fitness, body composition, UNIFITTEST, TGMD-2, basic and specific game skills
Development of the first metatarsophalangeal joint replacement
Barták, Vladislav ; Popelka, Stanislav (advisor) ; Stehlík, Jiří (referee) ; Krbec, Martin (referee)
The work provides a comprehensive overview of the issues hallux rigidus with a focus on the first metatarsophalangeal joint replacement and development of our own implant. The development was built to perform anatomical studies, the results were the basis for the construction of hemiarthroplasty and total arthroplasty. It was necessary to measure the marrow cavities of the distal part of first metatarsal and proximal half of proximal phalanx. We measured the size of the metatarsal head in two planes, and its tendency to diaphysis on the dry preparations. Through these studies we obtained valid data for the construction all components of both hemiarthroplasty and total arthroplasty of specifying the size spectrum. We have verified and then corrected the shape of implant treatment during post-mortem tests on the models. The result is a new type of arthroplasty with their own design to guarantee restoration of joint function and coated with a high osteointegral potential. In clinical studies, we performed 22 implantations of hemiarthroplasty and one implantation of total arthroplasty. Clinical results suggest the fact that the implant will be successful. However the ultimate answer to this question will provide long-term study. The other results presented with a detailed anatomical description show to...
The effects of the application of insoles in sports shoes on aerobic capacity of soccer players
Stehlík, Jiří ; Frýbort, Pavel (advisor) ; Kokštejn, Jakub (referee)
Title: The effects of the application of insoles in sports shoes on aerobic capacity of soccer players Objectives: Effects of insoles Bootmatetsi on aerobic capacity of football players. Methods: The research sample included a soccer player in the U16 category (n = 19). The Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test Level 1 was used to verify the interventional effect of the Bootmatetsi insoles. For the subjective perception of physical activity during the pretest and posttest was used a 15-degree Borg scale of 6 - 20. A five-point Likert scale was used to evaluate the comfort of Bootmatetsi insoles. The data was processed using Microsoft Office Excel 2010. Results: The application of Bootmatetsi insoles to football boots has provided a significant improvement in aerobic performance compared to original insoles (d = 1.1). Performance improved on average by 24%, i.e average improvement VO2max by 2,43 ml.min-1.kg-1. At the same time, research group claims that Bootmatetsi insoles have been rated as comfortable. Keywords: insoles, Bootmatetsi, aerobic capacity, VO2max

The evaluation of motor performance in soccer in category of older children
Stehlík, Jiří ; Kokštejn, Jakub (advisor) ; Hráský, Pavel (referee)
Title: The evaluation of motor performance in football in category of older children Objectives: The goal of the thesis is to identify and evaluate a level of the motor performance of the older preparatory category in the football club Xaverov. Methods: The main scientific methods of theoretical - empiric character are in-field testing and observation. The research group contained of seventeen nine- year old soccer players of older preparatory group (9,7 ± 0,2 years). To evaluate the physical capability examined kids passed UNIFITTEST 6-60. The MABC-2 motoric test helped to find out the basic motoric level. BMI index and the sum of the skin fold thickness were both used to evaluate the body content. Basic descriptive statistics (the arithmetic average and standard deviation) and correlation analysis were used to analyse gained data. Results: The found level of the physical capability was average. Even though 10 out of 17 players gained above average value in UNIFITTEST 6-60. Young football players gained above average score in evaluation of aiming and catching abilities (AC), and slightly below average score in evaluation of the balancing ability (BAL) in comparison with the standard for Czech kids of the same age. Significant correlation were found between the total UNIFITTEST score and the amount...
