Building of the municipal office in Bludov

This diploma thesis deals with the design of a new building of the municipal office building in Bludov, at the level of design documentation for the construction. The building consists mainly of offices for the operation of the municipal office, on the first floor there is a municipal library for the public. The building is designed on a slightly sloping plot with entrance from the east side. The building consists of three above-ground floors and one underground floor. Design documentation for building construction is processed in the computer program ArchiCAD.

This diploma thesis deals with the processing of project documentation for two storey, cellular basement kindergarten in Kosov. The object is designed slightly sloping terrain. The entrance to the building is from the north side. Terrace with access to the garden is in the southern part. The street façade has color images. The operation consists of 3 departments, a multipurpose hall, an operating section and a part of teachers.

House for seniors in Vyškov

The subject of the diploma thesis is a new-built home for the seniors in the village Vyškov. The building is designed on a slightly sloping terrain. The main entrance is oriented to the northeast. It consists of one building divided into three expansion units. It is a building with a partial basement floor and three floors. The building is designed from reinforced concrete frame with masonry infill Porotherm. The ceiling structure is designed from a continuous cross -reinforced monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The building is covered with a flat roof. House is designed for desabled persons.

Hotel Nábřeží at Kunov dam

In this diploma thesis is designed a hotel with a restaurant in the recreational areaKunov,close to Senica town. It has a capacity for 50 guests. The smallest rooms are double bedrooms with at least 16 m2anda bathroom 4m2. It is four stars hotel. There are three over ground floors and a basement. On the ground floor there is a reception, toilets, a restaurant for 65 guests. There is also a kitchen and storerooms. There are 5 hotel rooms on the first floor and an office. On the second and third floors there are hotel rooms, common room, cleaning room and laundry room. On the second and third floor there is one wheelchair accessibleroom. In the basement there are utility rooms, storerooms, a workshop, a gym with locker rooms and showers. The main entrance to the building is wheelchair accessible and leads to the reception. There is also a staff entrance from the back of the building and an entrance to the garden with a hotel pool. The roof is designed as a single layer flat roof. On the grounds there are designed outside showers, toilets for men and women and a garden shelter.

Master´s thesis “Multifunctional building in Brno Medlánky“ is processed in the form of project documentation. Multifunctional building is designed as a detached house with a flat roof. The object has four above-ground floors with no basement. In the object there are twelve flats and three shops altogether. The object is made of building system Porotherm.

Garni hotel below Javorina hill

This diploma thesis deals with the design of a hotel with a restaurant at the base the highest peak of the White Carpathians, Veľká Javorina. The area is located near the White Carpathians Protected Landscape Area and the Cetuna Natural Monument. The location has the possibility of using year-long and seasonal activities such as downhill and cross - country skiing or ice skating on frozen ponds, cycling in the new built-up cycle paths, hiking or walking on educational trails, horse riding, swimming in nature or visiting a family mini-zoo with the possibility of personal contact with animals. The potential of the concerned area is still used mainly by domestic, persons with the possibility of accommodation by acquaintances or owners of seasonal cottages and houses due to insufficient short-term accommodation. It was the main imulse for the design of accommodation. A piece of land on the border of the cadastral area of Dolné Bzince and Hrubá Strana of the village of Bzince pod Javorinou was selected for the building construction, due to its satisfactory position, orientation and also for the possibility of its evaluation. The building is designed as a separate-standing object onto an undeveloped territory of the municipality, which was used for agricultural purposes. It's been a long time it lies on ice, decays and its value decreases with expanding overgrown trees. The land is slightly sloping, oriented to southwest. The building has three main entrances and secondary entrances for smooth operation of the hotel. There is a day (leisure) part placed on the 1st floor, also a part for accommodation employees and immobile clients, parts for hotel management, cleaning zone and restaurant. On the 2nd floor there is an accommodation part with 19 rooms and a library. Into basement is a sport and relaxation part, which consist of fitness center and wellness center. The diploma thesis deals with the project of hotel with restaurant situated in Valašské Klobouky. The building has two above ground floors and partial basement. Accommodation capacity is forty-three beds, restaurant capacity is sixty seats. The object is made of free rectangles and has a gable roof. There is a restaurant, reception and rooms on the first floor. On the second floor, there are only rooms. The external and internal vertical structures are made of Heluz ceramic pieces, horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete. External thermal insulation composite system is designed. The diploma thesis has the form of project documentation for construction.

Multipurpose sports hall in Třebechovice

The master´s thesis deals with design of a multipurpose sports hall in Třebechovice pod Orebem. The subject of the master´s thesis is elaboration od a part of the project documentation for the construction realization. The main goal includes designing a layout and construction solution of the building. On the 1st floor there is an entrance with staircase, changing rooms for athletes, a technical room and a sports hall. On the 2nd floor there is a small hall and boardroom, refreshment with terrace and an auditorium. The building will have a role of civic amenities of the city.

Municipal Office Building in Předboj

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of the construction of a multifunc-tional building of the municipal building in Předboj and the elaboration of the construction documentation. The proposed building is located near the existing village center. The building is designed on undeveloped land, which forms an im-aginary boundary between the existing buildings from the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century and the new buildings from the beginning of the 21st century. The architectural character suitably combines the character of the original development with gabled roofs with modern elements characterizing the new development. The building is divided into two wings. The east wing is one-storey and houses the premises of the municipal office. The west wing is mul-ti-storey. In the basement there are the technical facilities of the municipal office, on the first floor there are the library and the ceremonial hall. The attic is intended for the detached workplace of the basic art school.

Relaxation center in Velké Meziříčí

This thesis describes design of new relaxation centre building in town of Velké Meziříčí and creation of blueprints for building construction. Blueprints are furthermore supplemented by extensions for heating and concrete structures. The relaxation centre houses a wellness centre, a café, a hair and make-up salon with possibility of massage and an outdoor shop. The building is located in southern part of Velké Meziříčí – an urban area of both residential and industrial buildings. The centre is a three storey building with partial basement, flat single-layered roof and stairway, which serves as an access point for ventilation engine room located on top of the roof structure. This last element is distinguished from the rest of the building by different coloured façade panelling and serves as a dominant. Wellness centre covers the whole of ground floor and is interfaced with the first floor by additional wellness centre spaces and staff spaces. The first floor also includes the outdoor shop. Café and hair salon are situated on the second floor. Architectonic design is created in similarity to surrounding buildings and in relation to cardinal direction. Land lot is utilized for wellness centre purposes.
