The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the performance and the development of proposals for improving the financial situation of Notino, s.r.o. through fundamental and technical analysis for the period 2019 to 2023. The thesis is divided into three parts: theoretical, analytical and design. The theoretical part serves as a basis for the analytical part in which the company is evaluated. The design part is devoted to specific recommendations for improving the financial health of the company.

The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical foundations of economic performance of the company, including the definition of efficiency and its types, challenges in evaluation, and modern approaches to evaluation of efficiency. The second part focuses on the analysis of the financial situation of the company and identification of key issues. In the third part, measures to improve the financial situation of the company are proposed and the results of these measures are calculated. The results of the thesis provide a comprehensive view of the current situation of the company and offer practical recommendations for its future development.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the performance of ČEKMONT elektro s.r.o. in the period from 2018 to 2022. The first part is devoted to the theoretical background of the topic, the basic principles of financial analysis, methods, indicators and calculations used are described. The following part presents the results of the financial analysis based on the previous theoretical part. The final part of the thesis focuses on the interpretation of these results and recommendations for improving the financial situation of the company.

This master thesis focuses on uncovering the determinants of growth in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into a theoretical basis, which is devoted to economic growth and the determinants that can affect it, and an analytical part, where the dependence of selected determinants on economic growth is examined. The results of the individual analyses are compared with each other. At the end of this thesis, the results are discussed and recommendations are formulated for the top institutions of the selected countries.

This bachelor thesis deals with evaluation of financial performance of trade cooperative Konzum in Ústí nad Orlicí from economic year 2017 to economic year 2021. The work itself is divided in to the three following chapters. First chapter studies theoretical knowledge from performance to special system indicatiors of financial analysis. Second chapter characterize studied subject and evaluate financial performance with individual instruments of finacial analysis. Third chapater introduce intended proposal, which will lead to improvement of financial performance in the upcoming economic years.

In the theoretical part, selected tools and methods of financial analysis are described, which are subsequently applied in the practical part of this work. The results of the financial analysis are used to assess the financial health of the company. In the last part of this work, proposals that could improve the company's financial situation are formulated.

The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the basic concepts that serve as a basis for the practical part. The practical part shows the analysis of the current state of the company, comparison of values with competitors and subsequent proposals for improving this situation. Data from the company's financial statements were used to prepare the financial analysis.

This thesis focuses on the comprehensive evaluation of the investment project for housing construction in Brno. In the paper I will first focus on the economic evaluation of the project and will define the conditions of the project for its acceptability and feasibility. Next, I will focus on the possibilities of the project sale and the associated risk analysis. The last section focuses on a separate proposal of promotional ways and a way of financing for the end customer.
