Biofeedback using 3D scanners
Vačkářová, Klára ; Koťová, Markéta (referee) ; Žalud, Luděk (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on the matter of the Microsoft Kinect sensor application within biomedical field. In the first theoretical part of the thesis general knowledge of sensors are mentioned; Microsoft Kinect is described thoroughly. The second part deals with the practical realisation of the program, which with help of visual biofeedback informs patients, whether they perform given movement properly or not. For this purpose three exercises were chosen. In the final part the methodology of realized measurements is described and as well as the measurement evaluation.
Therapeutic game with biofeedback for rehabilitation of the lower limbs
Kubínová, Kateřina ; Kolářová, Jana (referee) ; Koťová, Markéta (advisor)
This thesis focuses on problematis of using Kinect sensor in rehabilitation of knee joint. Relatively new method of rehabilitation via biofeedback produced by Kinect One for Window motion sensor delivers number of benefits to a patient. Part of the thesis is therapeutic game named Kolínko developed in C#.
Font size adjustment based on distance detection
Brunclík, Robert ; Koťová, Markéta (referee) ; Janoušek, Oto (advisor)
The thesis deals with automatic control the font size by the distance from the reader. It includes theoretical acquaintance with the face detection and subsequent tracking of the detected area during the scene. Furthermore, there is a comparison of the tracking algorithms. Then the calculation of distance is decribed. It is based on the user’s calibration and based on the outcome occurs the font size is automatically corrected. There is also a description of a separate application Automatical controller of the text size, with the recommended settings of the program.
Affect of standing frames on measuring postural stability
Klimešová, Lenka ; Koťová, Markéta (referee) ; Horáková, Pavla (advisor)
This semestral thesis is focused on postural stability. The aim is to introduce standing frame Balance Trainer and haptic floor Wii Balance Board. The theoretical part describes the postural functions, posturography and subsequently standing frame Balance Trainer and stabilometric platform Wii Balance Board. It is also designed the measurement protocol for affect of standing frames on measuring postural stability on a group of subjects and the measurement is realized. From the collected data are calculated parameters which are statistically processed and the affect of standing frames on measuring postural stability is evaluated.
The ordinary and extraordinary in life and experience of child protagonists in Adalbert Stifter's stories Rock Crystal and Granite
Koťová, Markéta ; Broukalová, Jindra (advisor) ; Haupenthal, Thomas Maria (referee)
The following diploma thesis deals with the analysis of two short stories by Adalbert Stifter from his collection Colorful stones - Rock Crystal and Granit. They were deliberately chosen, because in both stories children are the main protagonists. In these short stories there is always a boy and a girl, while the boy is always the one more experienced, and he protects the girl and brings her to safety. She follows him and obeys his instructions. Although the text contains many descriptions, it does not act statically because the heroes are on the run from danger, which gives the action dynamics. The text, the story, the language and the plot of the short stories as well as their common elements are analyzed. Furthermore, the theoretical concept, which is formulated in the preface to this collection, and whose major concepts are big and small, is confronted with the realization in these short stories. KEYWORDS Life, experience, ordinary, extraordinary, child, behaving, love, danger, nature, landscape, death
Modalwords as one of the modalinstruments in german and czech language
Key words: modality, modal word, modal particles, speech act
The variability of the distribution of pressure forces on the foot with coupling EMG
Semeráková, Nikola ; Kolářová, Jana (referee) ; Koťová, Markéta (advisor)
The bachelor work is focused on the distribution of pressure forces in the area of the foot with support from electromyography. Part of the work deals with the physiology of leg muscles and where the groups of muscles responsible for standing are defined. After that the thesis focuses on postural stability, the foot vault and biomechanical parameters. Additionally, there's the defining of the principles of electromyography and dynamic pavement. Furthermore, the thesis focused on describing how the data is processed, first from elektromyograph and then from dynamic pavement. Finally, there are outcomes from these devices, which are compared and evaluated, there are also partial parameters for electromyography and for the dynamic pavement.

Music volume adjustment based on distance detection
Serečunová, Stanislava ; Koťová, Markéta (referee) ; Janoušek, Oto (advisor)
This work is about two methods of face detection in video sequencing. According to testing the KLT method is chosen. The work is focused on user distance calculation from camera in real time by means of evaluating parametres of detected face. According the distance of user from camera sound regulation is set, so the user can percieve and feel the music on the same level.
