This thesis is focused on creating web pages. The main goal of this work was the creation of web pages for village - Nová Ves. Other targets include the usability of web pages in all browsers and display devices. Another objective was to use content management system that would allow the mayor of the municipality to add posts and optimization of sites in terms of SEO is that search engines were at the forefront and finally landed to adapt the site for the elderly community.

Management of intellectual capital using modern metod

Dissertation thesis deals with the management of intellectual capital in a company, its level and the current state of the environment of our companies, with the help of modern methods of management and especially management skills. It is a very current topic. The current development of the society and its transformation into the information society can be characterized as a transition from the era of competitive advantage based on information to the era of competitive advantage based on the creation, storage and use of knowledge. Knowledge is today becoming a critical strategic resource for business activities and other economic development of organizations. The aim of this dissertation thesis is to access the level of awareness of knowledge management in the environment of companies operating in the Czech Republic and try to propose a set of recommendations, on which companies will be able to proceed with implementation, respectively improving the level of knowledge management in their practice. Dissertation thesis is based on the theoretical background obtained during the secondary research, focuses on the general concept of knowledge management, its most important parts such as definition of data, information and knowledge, knowledge worker, the internal culture of organization and implementation options. It also focuses on current situation and obstacles, that hinder the implementation of knowledge management into our societies. Another part is devoted to primary research, whereby are set conclusions and recommendations to address issues, leading into the last part with its own set of proposals. The last part is also devoted to its own contributions to science, practice and educational process.

The main object of this thesis is a data structure proposal as a base for a website and information system for a mystery shopping company. The data structure and website will minimize employee’s mistakes, simplify their work and shorten time intervals in communication between employees and company’s clients. The theoretical part of bachelor thesis describes resources and methods used for the creation of the data structure and company’s website. The analytical part will be defining and describing the company’s requirements as a basis for proposal of data structure and realization of the company’s website. Furthermore, the thesis contains concrete real design of data structure and website.

This dissertation is dealing with the issue of information systems in business environment. The practical part focusses on examining the contemporary solutions IS/IT at a chosen hotel with the help of analysis HOS 8 and ZEFIS. Based on these analyses the final part of this thesis proposes solutions for the improvement of the current state of IS from balance perspective as well as efficiency.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on issues related to data backup and data storage in the company XY, which specializes primarily in the construction of bridges and roads. The result of my bachelor's thesis is a more efficient and high-quality data backup solution in a specific company based on an analysis of the current state.
