Flight record of Frantisek Novak Brno - Kulunda from the year 1956

This bachelor thesis is devoted to a record flight of Frantisek Novak from Brno to Kulunda in 1956 and planning of the stage flight to the same destination. The first part of thesis describes the actual record flight including the description of the aircraft M-1C Sokol. Following part is focused on the planning of the stage flight from Brno to Kulunda by the aircraft Zlin Z 126. Individual stages of the flight are planned with the respect to the performance characteristics of the above mentioned aircraft and the legislation of each country on the route from Brno to Kulunda effective in 2016. The final part of the thesis deals with the determination of the optimal period for implementing the flight on the basis of geographical, meteorological and climatographical analysis.

Preparation of flight plan for cross-country flight from LKTB to ULLI by L-200A airplane

The objective of this study is the submission of entire IFR flight plans of chartered routes, including risk analysis and necessary equipment for flights in central and east Europe. The paper describes rules for IFR flights, which must be followed when flying into these areas and also focuses on the meteorological situation, legislation and general geographical characteristics of the mentioned states. The flight to Russia is divided into several legs. All the available information is according to the valid AIP.

The comparison of operational, technical and economical characteristics of aircraft used for para jumping activity.

This bachelor thesis compares the aircraft AN-2, C206, SMG-92, L410 and PAC750XL based on analysis of operational, technical and economic parameters. It contains information and description of the characteristic in terms of piloting, training requirements, demands and ways for obtaining ratings. The outcome of the thesis is to determine which aircraft is suitable for each purpose and determine the most suitable type for given activity.

Topic of this bachelors thesis are Special piston engines on the general aviation aircraft. In the first part, the historical development is adumbrate and their operating principle. Next part deals with particular special piston engines, expansion, advantages and disadvantages, principles and their impact for general aviation. There are impeaching demands of JAR-FCL 1 rules in certification of engines. Next part is being paid to operating conditions of aeroplanes. At last the confrontation between special piston engines and most used engines of general aviation is made.

Air navigation in area of Africa

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to prepare navigation flight over uninhabited areas of Africa. The thesis is divided into three main chapters. First part deals with navigation coverage of inland parts of Africa. The second part is dedicated to preflight preparations and flight performance in uninhabited areas, using comparative navigation and computational navigation. Flight from Paris to Cape Town is suggested in the third part.
