Analysis of supply chains of construction companies in the Czech Republic and Moldova

The master’s thesis analyses the factors influencing the continuity of supply chains in Czech and Moldovan construction companies, focusing on the supply chain of concrete mixes. The theoretical part explains key concepts in logistics, supply chains and marketing research. The practical part examines the relationships and processes between supplier and client of ready-mixed concrete in both countries. Based on the results, recommendations for improvements in production and distribution are proposed, and an evaluation criterion for suppliers is developed.
Analysis of marketing tools of the construction company in Kazakhstan

The master’s thesis focuses on the theoretical and practical aspects of marketing and marketing strategies of construction companies, with an emphasis on the process of winning contracts. The aim is to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of these strategies in the acquisition activities of a construction company. The theoretical part describes the marketing and strategies in the construction industry and the process of contract acquisition. The practical part analyzes the marketing tools of construction companies in Kazakhstan, regarding the economic situation, selection of respondents and financial analysis of the companies. The questionnaire survey is conducted based on five assumptions. The output of the thesis is the proposal of recommendations for the marketing strategy of a construction company with the aim of enhancing its competitiveness in bidding for contracts.
The Marketing Aspects of the Sale of Real Property

Thesis is focused on "Taking into account the marketing aspects in the sale of real estate" and deals with the current situation of the real estate market in the Czech republic with an emphasis on marketing at the point of sale recruitment of real estate. The situation of the real estate market is compared with the designated area for the marketing research, therefore, district Vyškov. In the framework of the marketing research was carried out analysis of the real estate agents and their customers by using questionnaires. On the basis of the results of the analysis were designed marketing strategies for sales and recruitment of individual types of real estate. The diploma work has two parts theoretical and practical. In the first part I deal with the specifications of the basic concepts related with marketing, in the second part is already applied marketing research in practice. In conclusion are given suggestions and recommendations for improvement.
Analysis of the use of marketing tools in the "Nová Zbrojovka" project

The diploma thesis describes the issue of marketing strategy and marketing plan for the set goals of the Nová Zbrojovka development project. The thesis analyzes the effectiveness of the used marketing tools and comes up with proposals for further use of the analyzed marketing tools. Based on the acquired data, a suitable strategy was selected for the development project to achieve marketing goals. The thesis outlines the possibilities of using artificial intelligence in marketing.
Creating marketing strategies in building goodwill construction company

The theoretical part describes the basic concepts important for understanding issues such as business, goodwill, brand or marketing. End of the theoretical part is devoted to the marketing strategic process. In the practical part there is a survey of three construction companies, which are used to design marketing strategies in building a goodwill of company.
The issue of Goodwill as an integral part of the value of the construction company

The diploma thesis is focuses on the value of the goodwill and the value of the brand of the selected construction company and the methods currently used for their determination. In the theoretical part of the thesis are described basic theoretical terms, which relate to the issue of goodwill, brand, construction company and their value. I also describe methods of goodwill and brand calculation and managed interview method. At the end of the theoretical part, I described marketing planning. In the practical part of the thesis, the thesis deals with selected methods of valuation of goodwill value and value of company brand. I have set three hypotheses and questions about a controlled interview. At the end of my diploma thesis, I proposed marketing strategies to maintain and enhance the value of goodwill and company brand.
Finding out the marketing processes of a construction company

The bachelor thesis is focuses on the calculation of the value of the goodwill of the selected construction company using a few methods and on a recommendation of a convenient combination of these methods. In the theoretical part of the thesis I explained basic theoretical terms from the construction marketing field, including the division of the construction market. After that there is defined the concept of goodwill following a few methods for its calculation. At the end of the theoretical part, I described marketing planning. In the practical part of the thesis, there are elaborated selected methods of valuation of goodwill. After-wards I made an analysis of the environment of the company using SWOT analysis. At the end of my bachelor thesis, I proposed a marketing strategy on the ba-sis of obtained results and obtained information and also I proposed an appropriate combination of the methods of valuation of goodwill.

The Final Project focuses on developing marketing startegies considering the communication on the Czech real estate market, with specific emphasis on the town of Prostejov and its surroundings. The Project deals with mapping and describing the issues within the area of developing marketing strategies in the process of sale and purchase of the real estate. The Theoretical Part sets the fundamental marketing terminology, deals with the term of the construction market and the effects of individual subjects present on the market. The Practical Parts is formed by the marketing research whose outcomes reveal a set of recommendations in the field of marketing strategies for the real estate professionals within their marketing communication. The very result of this Project is a proposal of the optimal media selected for the effective communication with customers.

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of the new website of the company bau32, spol s.r.o using UX testing methodologies and its subsequent operation. The aim of the thesis is to find out how the current website of the company bau32, spol s.r.o (www.domy-naskalach.cz) works from the point of view of user experience. This is related to competitor analysis and costumer testing. Design of a new website based on research. As part of the theoretical part of the work, it is summarized what UX methods are used in the work, what theoretical assumption of webdesign are used for the resulting appearance of the web. It also includes a theory regarding the SEO optimization of the mentioned website. In the practical part, the work deals with the design of a new website for the company. Suggest changes based on UX research done for current website, competitor analysis and costumer testing. Apply these suggestions and retest the success of the changes made onthe new website. The output of the bachelor thesis is the creation of a new, more functional website and its operation.
