Aim of thesis: Summary of theoretical findings of patientʼs diagnosis, study metodology of physiotherapeutic care, treatment design, monitoring of treatment, and evaluate the effect of patient with diagnosis boreliosis. Summary: This Bachelorʼs thesis was compiled on the base of internship on the District Hospital in Kladno, during the time period 6.-31.1.2014. Subject of this thesis was processing title of boreliosis from physiotherapistʼs perspective. Thesis has the general part, which deals with theoretical findings of diagnosis and special part, containing case report of patient with diagnosis boreliosis. Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient after arthroscopic for subacromial decompression The objective of this bachelor thesis is introduction with theme of physiotherapy of shoulder joint after arthroscopy for subacromial decompression. The thesis is divided in two main parts. The first (general) part describes anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of shoulder girdle briefly. There is also the reference of pathology in subacromial space and arthroscopic method description. There are some physiotherapeutic methods mentioned and processes which are proper for this diagnosis. The second (special) part refers detailed casuistry of patient after arthroscopy of shoulder girdle for subacromial decompression. There are references of case history, introductory kinesiology analysis, therapeutic plan determination and description of individual therapeutic units, final exit kinesiology analysis and evaluation of therapy effectiveness. Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient after ischemic stroke. Objective: The main aim of this study was to create the case report of a patient after ischemic stroke, demonstrate own skills of the examination of the patient, propose appropriate therapy, conduct therapy and evaluate its effect. Another aim was to study and elaborate the theoretical knowledge about the issue of stroke. Method: The first (general) part of this bachelor thesis contains theoretical knowledge about etiology, clinical symptoms, varieties and stages of brain stroke, rehabilitation treatment options and special therapeutic approaches to patients with this diagnosis. The second (special) part is aimed at the case report of physiotherapeutic care of patients after ischemic stroke. The aim of the special part was examination of the patient, the selection and subsequent application of appropriate therapy to help the patient to improve the current state of health, to prevent relapse and support him mentally. Based on the initial and the final analysis, the conclusion was compiled and the effect of therapy was evaluated. The theoretical part contains of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology of cervical spine. It states here the definition, cause, clinical features, therapeutic approaches to the issue. A special section is the most important part of the bachelor thesis. A special section is devoted to case report and determination of the a physiotherapy plan. The case report discussed in detail contains anamnesis, the input kinesiology analysis, short- and long-term plan, records of the therapeutics units, the output kinesiology analysis and evaluation of the effect therapy. Motional activity of people with elephantiasis

T~pic: Motional activity of people with elephantiasis. Goal of the thesis: To evaluate and compare the impact of motional activity on elephantiasis ofarms and legs. Methods: The thesis was worked out as a case study. Sixteen patients participating at lymphodrainage filled the generic questionnaire SF-36. Six people with physical problems were observed during their regular motional activity during six months. The source ofadditional data were taken from the standard medical documentation. The data were evaluated through defmed evaluation criteria and through standard statistical methods. Rusults: The motional activity has positive impact on reduction of elephantiasis and is a part of complex treatment. The active approach of the patient is essential for the success of the whole therapy. The motional activity in a group had a very positive psychical impact on the patients. Heterogeneity of the group - with regards to the intensity and seriousness ofthe disease- stimulated itself and other people's cognition and gave impuls and motivation for the motional activity.
