This thesis focuses on the comprehensive evaluation of the investment project for housing construction in Brno. In the paper I will first focus on the economic evaluation of the project and will define the conditions of the project for its acceptability and feasibility. Next, I will focus on the possibilities of the project sale and the associated risk analysis. The last section focuses on a separate proposal of promotional ways and a way of financing for the end customer.

Bachelor thesis is focusing on the evaluation of an investment project for the construction of a residential building in Brno and the subsequent evaluation of the project that will be profitable for the company. The literature review first will explain the basic concepts associated with investments that affects all investments and their effectiveness evaluation. The practical part will focus on the implementation of the strategic analyzes, financial plan and final evaluation of the project.

Complex Realization of Housing Project

The thesis concentrates on the evaluation of the factors that affect the viability of housing projects in Brno. The first part consists of an economic evaluation of a project. There are defined restrictive economic conditions of the realization. The second part is the suggestion of a process and options for securing clients’ financial funds. The last part consists of a proposal of the promotion of the project in the context of economic efficiency.
