The final section deals with suggestions for improving the economic situation.

The thesis deals with the comparison of differences in the preparation of consolidated Financial statements in accordance with Czech and Spanish legislation. The first part focuses on a description of the theoretical background required to prepare consolidated Financial statements. The following sectinon presents model examples that are designed to be used to apply all consolidation methods under both Czech and Spanish legislation. The last section is devoted to the economic evaluation of the consolidated Financial statements by means of a financial analysis and a comparison of the tax systems of the selected countries.

Differences in Consolidated Financial Statements Prepared in Accordance with Legislation of Selected Countries

The thesis deals with the methodology of preparing and subsequently comparing the consolidated financial statements according to Czech and French legislation. Based on comprehensive model examples, it specifies the process of compilation and analyzes the differences resulting from individual consolidation methods. These differences are presented and explained using selected economic indicators on the resulting consolidated statements. Based on this analysis, an evaluation is then made to determine which legislation, under identical conditions, presents a more favorable economic picture of the consolidation entity.

The thesis is divided into three parts, with the first part addressing theoretical foundations for further proceedings, followed by an analytical section where both strategic and financial analyses of the company are conducted, serving as a basis for formulating the financial plan presented in the third part. Finally, this plan is evaluated, and further actions are recommended for the company.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the economic situation of GRANDE, s.r.o. in the period of 2018-2022. The evaluation of the company is carried out by the means of strategic and financial analysis. The theoretical concepts and methods of analysis are defined in the first part of the thesis. In the second part, the concepts and methods are used for the practical analysis of the enterprise. Based on the analysis, recommendations for improving the situation of the enterprise are then evaluated and their benefits are defined.

The second part is dedicated to the introduction and evaluation of the current state of the company together with the financial analysis. The last part presents a comprehensive proposal for an internal company directive regarding the issue of inventory.

The diploma thesis focuses on creating a financial plan for Profimobil, s.r.o. The theoretical part defines key terms and the basic principles of financial planning and business management. In the analytical section, a comprehensive analysis of the company's financial health, market position, and business environment is conducted using PESTE analysis, Porter's Five Forces model, McKinsey's 7S framework, and SWOT analysis. The proposal section focuses on developing a financial plan that ultimately results in the company's bankruptcy. Consequently, two additional scenarios are developed. The first scenario aims to increase sales and maintain the strategic intent, while the second explores the implications of preserving Profimobil's existing concept.

Based on the previous analysis and theoretical foundations, the design section of the thesis develops an internal directive for the inventory of assets and liabilities.

The bachelor thesis deals with enterprise information systems and their comparison. The theoretical part of this thesis is devoted to a summary of theoretical knowledge in the field of accounting and information systems. In the practical part of the thesis, an analysis is prepared in which selected enterprise information software systems for a specific company are compared. Based on the results of the analysis, possible solutions are proposed and recommendations are made as to which system is the most advantageous for the company.
