This bachelor thesis focuses on the design and creation of a low-cost e-commerce solution for a small business owner. The thesis includes, in addition to the theoretical background, the analysis of the entrepreneur's requirements and the resulting selection of a suitable e-commerce platform through a multi-criteria decision model. The thesis also includes a section with the design of the actual solution, where a detailed procedure for creating an e-shop on the Shoptet platform is presented.

The proposed solution optimizes current company processes in the area of stock tracking.

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to create a proposal for a part of company's information system. Based on the current state analysis of the company's information system and the SWOT analysis, the requirements for the new information system were defined. Using data and functional modeling, the design of a partial part of the information system for solving managerial tasks is presented in order to unify the analyzes and outputs performed by sales representatives, to increase their work efficiency and facilitate the manager's control over the performance of his co-workers.

Bachelor thesis is focused on the selection of affordable information system in real operating companies operating in customer service. Information system should ensure reducing unnecessary administrative burdens engineers performing manual labor. Data and information should be partially automated. The selection framework were therefore included in programs established standards for service organizations, and will be confronted with custom software.

This bachelor thesis describes the automation of selected company process using RPA technology.According to the appropriate parameters, two tools are selected for the process robotization. This thesis focuses on the design and development of a web application that offers help in managing family photographic material, with the emphasis on data integrity and security, and maximum transparency when handling personal information. The application will be usable on any device with a screen, web browser and internet connection. One of its key features will be face detection on uploaded photographs.
