Autor se v práci zabývá tématem užití systému Client relationship managementu (dále jen CRM) pro podporu řízení nestátních neziskových organizací působících v kultuře. První část této práce popisuje oblasti, ve kterých lze CRM počítačové technologie a s nimi související metody a principy managementu a marketingu využít, vymezuje základní legislativní rámec, jenž je při zpracování osobních údajů nezbytné respektovat a doporučuje postupy pro zavedení CRM systému do chodu umělecky zaměřené neziskové organizace. Druhou část této diplomové práce tvoří případová studie, která na základě předchozí SWOT analýzy i situace vnějšího prostředí navrhuje zadání pro zavedení CRM systému do provozu konkrétního kulturního subjektu ? Dejvického divadla, o.p.s. The author of the thesis explores the use of the Client Relationship Management (hereinafter referred to as CRM) to support the management of NGOS culture organizations. The first part of the text describes the areas in which the CRM computer technology and related methods and principles of management and marketing could be used, defines current basic legislative framework, which is necessary to respect in the processing of personal data. Author also recommends how to implement the CRM system into the culturally oriented NGO organization to work on daily basis. The second part of the thesis presents a case study, which proposes the particular settings needed to implement the CRM computer system into service of Dejvické Theatre upon previous SWOT analysis of the situation and external environment.
