Cílem práce bylo provést finanční analýzu společnosti AERO VODOCHODY a.s. se zaměřením na posouzení finanční stability. Analýza byla provedena za období 2002 - 2007. V úvodu práce je popsán princip finanční analýzy. V teoretické části jsou popsány použité nástroje a metodiky jejich výpočtu.V praktické části je stručný popis společnosti a výpočty jednotlivých nástrojů. V této práci byly použity vertikální a horizontální analýza, poměrové ukazatele, konkrétně ukazatele rentability, aktivity, likvidity a zadluženosti, dále bilanční pravidla, čistý pracovní kapitál, Altmanovo Z-skóre, Index In05, ukazatel EVA a mezipodnikové srovnání. Zjištěné hodnoty jsou vždy slovně okomentovány. Veškeré výsledky jsou shrnuty v závěru práce, kde je zhodnocena celková situace společnosti a návrhy na její zlepšení. This bachelor thesis is focused on financial analysis of AERO VODOCHODY a.s. The main goal is to assess the financial stability. Analysis was made over the years 2002 - 2007. In the first part the thesis describes the principle of financial analysis. Theoretical part describes instruments and methods of calculation which was used in this thesis. Practical part describes brief description of the company and calculations of particular instruments. Vertical and horizontal analyses, ratio indicators, concretely indicators of profitability, activity, liquidity and indebtedness, balance rulers, net worth capital, Altman index, Index IN05, indicator EVA and comparison intercompany was used in this thesis. All recognized values always have verbal commentary. All results and situation of the company are summarized in the end of this thesis.
