Ve své magisterské práci se zabývám metodikou hry na klarinet a basklarinet a zohledňuji přitom rozdíly hry sólové, komorní a orchestrální. Stručně a přehledně popisuji důležité aspekty hry, jednotlivé techniky, výrazové prostředky jejich nácvik a jejich využití v praxi. Vše poté demonstruji na jednotlivých ukázkách partů komorních a orchestrálních. Práce je doplněna kapitolami o vývoji klarinetu a basklarinetu, etudami a jejich přínosem a významné roli Josefa Horáka a dalších průkopníků hry na basklarinet. In my master thesis I deal with the methodology of clarinet and bass clarinet playing and I take into consideration the differences between solo, chamber music and orchestra playing. I describe breafly and digestedly important aspects of playing, various techniques, means of expression and ways of their training and usage. All mentioned above is demonstrated on various score extracts from chamber music and orchestra parts. The thesis is supplemented by chapters describing the evolution of clarinet and bass clarinet as instruments, and also studies for these instruments and their contribution to improvement of clarinet technique. These chapters also deal with the importance of role of Josef Horak and other pioneers of the bass clarinet playing.
