Diplomová práce pojednává o cestách k získání vlastního bydlení v České republice. První část popisuje současnou situaci na trhu s bydlením a formy bydlení a jejich specifika. Rovněž jsou zde uvedeny i zdroje financování. V další části uvádím a podrobně popisuji stavební spoření a hypoteční úvěry včetně vybraných produktů bank a stavebních spořitelen a jejich zhodnocení. Krátce je zmíněna i státní podpora financování bydlení. This graduation thesis about possibilities of housing financing is focusing in the Czech Republic. The first part of this thesis describes current position on the housing market, different types of housing and their specific feature In the second part, I describe building saving and mortgages including selected products of banks and building savings and their analysis. In this part there is also referred to state support of financing housing.
