Cílem této práce bylo popsat historii a vývoj fagotových strojků.Velký význam pro konstrukci a správnou funkci strojků má materiál, třtina Arundo Donax. V práci je popsán a vysvětlen vztah mezi biologickými, fyzikálními a chemickými vlastnostmi této rostliny,které jsou pro výrobu strojku požadovány.Detailně je uveden postup výroby strojků. History and development of bassoon reeds is a main topic of this thesis.The material, Arundo Donax cane hasthe key importance for the construction and and fiction of reeds.Relationship Between biological, chemical and physical feature sof Arundo Donax on one side and qualities desired for the proper fiction of reed on the odher is demonstrated. Reed making method is described in details.
