Cílem diplomové práce je provést analýzu situace společnosti, která působí v oblasti manipulační techniky. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje jednak na metody finanční analýzy a pak také na techniky strategického managementu v podobě analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí podniku. Na základě aplikace tohoto metodického aparátu v praktické části dochází k identifikaci a rozboru faktorů majících vliv na prosperitu organizace. Současně s tím se hodnotí hospodářská situace podniku za období 2005-2009. The main goal of thesis is to make situation analysis of company, which operates in the area of handling equipments. The theoretical part focuses on financial analysis methods and techniques of strategic management in the form of analysis of external and internal environment of business. Based on application of methological apparatus, it happens in the practical part identify and analyze factors affecting the prosperity of the organization. In the period 2005 to 2009 is evaluated economic situation of company.
