Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na srovnání dvou vsoučasnosti nejpoužívanějších metodik řízení podnikové informatiky a to IT Governance a IT Service Management. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první části práce jsou zmapovány přístupy metodik řízení podnikové informatiky IT Governance a IT Service Management. Dále jsou popsány regulace, které samotné řízení ovlivňují, a nástroje, které je možné při řízení podnikové informatiky použít. V druhé části jsou srovnány přístupy obou metodik k řízení podnikové informatiky, jejich procesy a přístupy k nim. Srovnány jsou také jejich metriky. V závěru druhé části je zhodnoceno, jakým způsobem je možné obě tyto metodiky využít současně. This bachelor thesis is focused on comparison of two currently most used methodic of information management, namely IT Governance and IT Service Management. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part there are mapped approaches of information management methodologies IT Governance and IT Service Management. Thereinafter there are described regulations, which affect the management itself, and tools, which can be used for information management. In the second part there are compared approaches of methodologies to information management, their processes and approaches to them. There are also compared their metrics. At the end of the second part there is an assessment of how to use both methodologies together.
