Bakalářská práce s názvem "Optimalizace provozu maloobchodní jednotky" je rozdělena do dvou částí.První část se věnuje teoretickému výkladu metod optimalizace počtu pracovníků, struktury jejich času a problému stanovení optimální otevírací doby maloobchodní prodejny. Druhá část práce je věnována aplikaci uvedených metod na příkladu tří konkrétních prodejen firmy Time Out v Praze. Thesis on "Optimization of retail company operations" is divided into two parts. The first part is focused on theoretical interpretation of methods used for optimizing number of staff members and structure of their time spent at work. This part also relates to optimizing opening hours of retail store. The second part of the thesis focuses on application of methods described in the theoretical part on example of three particular retail stores in Prague called Time Out.
