Předmětem zájmu této diplomové práce je testování informačního systému. Na testování je nahlíženo jako na specifickou část projektu, která by měla být popsána procesy. V první části práce je rozebrán obecně pojem testování, jeho důležitost a základní pojmy s ním související. Jsou definovány základní kategorie a techniky testování. Zároveň je naznačen testovací tým, jednotlivé role uvnitř týmu a obecný model testování. Druhá část práce je praktická, zabývá se projektem vývoje platebních systémů uvnitř České pojišťovny. Na projektu jsou definovaný hlavní problémy v oblasti testování, které se řeší pomocí navrhovaných změn -- nová organizační struktura projektu, nové role a nové procesy. Na závěr jsou zhodnoceny tyto změny, zda se jedná o pozitivní či negativní, a zdali byly problémy vyřešeny. The subject of this thesis is testing of the information system. The testing is viewed as a specific part of the project, which should be described by a process. In the first part of this thesis the general concept of testing is described, it also contains basic ideas about its importance and basic concepts related to it. There are defined basic categories and testing techniques. There is also suggestion of structure of test team, individual roles within the team and general model of testing. The second part is a practical one, which deals with the project of development of payment systems within Česká pojišťovna. There are defined main problems in testing, which are solved by the proposed changes -- new organization of the project, new roles and new processes. In conclusion, these changes are evaluated whether they are positive or negative, and whether problems were resolved.
