Bakalářská práce se zabývá zmapováním nekalých obchodních praktik vůči spotřebiteli. Nejprve jsou nekalé obchodní praktiky popsány v právní úpravě EU a ČR, a to v rozdělení na klamavé a agresivní. Rovněž je zařazen i popis klamavé reklamy. Vedle nekalých obchodních praktik jsou popsány i neseriózní obchodní praktiky, které se pohybují na hraně této právní úpravy. Na závěr jsou uvedeny vybrané evropské a české judikáty, jejichž prostřednictvím je v praxi přiblížena problematika této právní úpravy na konkrétním rozhodování soudních orgánů. The bachelor thesis deals with charting of unfair commercial practices on consumer. Initially there are described unfair commercial practices in legal regulations of EU and Czech Republic and distinguished into misleading and agressive practices. There is also included description of misleading advertising. Besides unfair commercial practices there are described businessunlike commercial practices boundaring with legal regulations. Lastly there are stated chosen European and Czech court decisions and through them are shown aforesaid unfair commercial practices on particular judgements in practice.
