Diplomová práce se věnuje dílčí metodice Kepner-Tregoe, kterou je Potential Problem (Opportunity) Analysis a jejímu využití při organizování svateb. Cílem práce je aplikovat ji ve vybrané svatební agentuře a stanovit potřebný postup pro řízení operativních rizik. Výstupem práce je vytištěný seznam rizik a příležitostí včetně opatření na jejich eliminaci či snížení, resp. využití u příležitostí, jak postupovat v případě výskytu potenciálních problémů a potenciálních příležitostí. Součástí práce je i tvorba tohoto seznamu v aplikaci Microsoft Office Excel 2007, ta již však není výstupem diplomové práce, není ani její přílohou a je neveřejná. This diploma thesis is about Kepner-Tregoe methodics which is targeting on Potential Problem (Opportunity) Analysis and its usage for organizing weddings. The goal of this diploma thesis is to apply this analysis in chosen wedding agency and to determine needed process of operative risk management. The output of this thesis is printed list of risks and opportunities including corrections for their elimination or decreasing/increasing if we talk about opportunities, how to proceed if potential problems and potential opportunities show up. Part of the thesis is also to create this manual in Microsoft Office Excel 2007 but this isn't an output of either diploma thesis or its supplement and it is not public.
