Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem hypotečního trhu v České republice. První kapitola vymezuje základní pojmy hypotečního bankovnictví, které jsou nezbytné pro pochopení současných trendů. V této kapitole jsou i stručné dějiny hypotečního bankovnictví v českých zemích. Druhá, stěžejní část práce, se věnuje analýze vývoje hypotečního trhu v České republice v letech 2006 -- 2010 a v prvním čtvrtletí roku 2011. Třetí kapitola nabízí možnosti prevence a řešení platební neschopnosti. This bachelor thesis focuses on the development of the mortgage market in the Czech Republic. The first chapter defines the basic concepts of mortgage banking, which are essential for understanding current trends. In this chapter, there is also a brief history of mortgage banking in the Czech Republic. The second, main part is devoted to analyzing the development of the mortgage market in the Czech Republic in the years 2006 - 2010 and the first quarter of 2011. The third chapter offers possibilities for prevention and solution of insolvency.
