Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pojištění motorových vozidel v České republice, a to pojištěním odpovědnosti za škodu způsobenou provozem vozidla a havarijním pojištěním. Hlavním cílem práce je zorientování se v nabízených produktech vybraných pojišťoven u obou druhů pojištění, okomentování současné situace na trhu a jejího vývoje za několik posledních let. Součástí práce je také porovnání výše roční splátky pojistného povinného ručení u vybraných pojišťoven pro dva modelové příklady fiktivních klientů. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny charakteristiky daných pojištění a uvedeny stěžejní části Zákona o pojištění odpovědnosti z provozu vozidla, jež je základním právním pramenem pro povinné ručení. This thesis deals with insurance of motor vehicles in the Czech Republic. The thesis engages in two types of insurance - motor vehicle liability insurance and hull insurance. The main objective of this paper is to make an overview of the offered products of several insurance companies and comment on the present situation and the development of the car insurance market over past few years. One part of the thesis is focused on certain model examples and compares the premium volume of individual insurance companies. In the theoretical part, the main characteristics of car insurance and the summary of the most important points of the basic legal regulations are defined.
