Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapovat oblast flexibilních forem zaměstnávání. Uvést jednotlivé formy zaměstnávání dle různých autorů a krátce je popsat. Následně zhodnotit několik vybraných forem a zachytit jejich výhody a nevýhody, jak ze strany zaměstnavatele, tak i zaměstnance. Pro lepší pochopení kontextu tématu je na úvod vymezeno několik základních pojmů, vysvětlen pojem flexibilita a zmíněny trendy, které v současnosti ovlivňují zaměstnávání. Největší důraz z forem je kladen na práci z domova. Té se věnuje i praktická část. V metodické části jsou uvedeny informace o výzkumném vzorku a metodě sběru dat. V praktické rovině budou uvedeny výsledky, plynoucí z kvantitativního výzkumu za pomoci dotazníku. Cílem praktické části je zjistit mínění dotazovaných o práci z domova, dále jejich informovanost o výhodách i nevýhodách, zájem o danou formu zaměstnávání, a zároveň potvrzení či vyvrácení předem daných výzkumných otázek. The goal of the bachelor thesis is to map the field of flexible forms of employment. Introduce individual forms of employment according to various authors and shortly describe them. Then evaluate several selected forms and capture their advantages and disadvantages, both from the side of employer and employee. For better understanding of the topic context, there is an introduction of a few basic concepts, explanation of the concept of flexibility and mentioned trends that currently affect employment. The greatest emphasis is on the forms of work from home. Which the practical part is focused on. The methodological part contains informations about the researched sample and the data collection method. In practical part will contain results from quantitative research using a questionnaire. The goal of the practical part is to find out the opinions of the interviewed about the work from home then their awareness of the advantages and disadvantages, an interest in given form of employment and at the same time confirmation or disproof of pre-determined research questions.
