Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou motivace zaměstnanců. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit motivační faktory zaměstnanců a jejich pracovní spokojenost. Cílem je mimo jiné upozornit na problémové okruhy a navrhnout doporučení, jak by se tato situace dala zlepšit. Teoretická část vychází z odborné literatury a je zaměřena na motivaci jako celek. Je zde nastíněna definice pojmu motivace, jednotlivé přístupy a roli, kterou hraje v odměňování. Praktická část je zaměřena na výzkum, který byl proveden pomocí dotazníkového šetření v konkrétní společnosti. Zjištěná data od respondentů jsou analyzována a porovnána v souvislosti s teoretickými poznatky. Na základě všech zmíněných zjištění je vypracován závěr, který má za cíl shrnout celkovou situaci z hlediska motivace a spokojenosti. Bachelor thesis deals with the topic motivation of employees. The main objective of the bachelor thesis is to identify the employees motivational factors and their job satisfaction. Besides other things is the aim to point out problem areas and suggest recommendations on how to improve the situation. The theoretical part is based on literature and is focused on motivation as a whole. Attention is given to the definition of motivation on particular approaches and the role which motivation plays in reward system. The practical part is oriented on research which was carried out in real company by questionnaire. Data taken from the respondents are analyzed and compared in connection with theoretical knowledge. On the basis of mentioned findings, conclusions are made with the aim to summarize the overall situation in terms of motivation and satisfaction.
