Bakalářská práce se věnuje právním formám a typologii divadel, nezávislé neziskové divadelní scéně v České republice a jejímu financování. Ukazuje některé aspekty provozování divadel, jako je strukturování organizace a vytváření dramaturgického plánu. Na příkladu VILY Štvanice popisuje fungování jednoho z nezávislých divadel v Praze. Na základě údajů získaných z individuální komunikace se zástupci VILY Štvanice a analýzy účetních výkazů rozebírá a hodnotí její divadelní provoz. Posouzení uměleckého přínosu tamní tvorby je založené na provedených rozhovorech a další komunikaci s divadelními kritiky. Cílem je zhodnotit, jestli je současný model využití objektu VILA Štvanice přínosný, zda by se mělo pokračovat v jeho realizaci a zda by měl být podporován z veřejných rozpočtů. The Bachelor's Thesis deals with legal forms and typology of theatres, independent non-profit theatre scene in the Czech Republic and its financing. It introduces some aspects of a theatre operation, such as structuring the organization and creating a dramaturgical plan. The Thesis on the example of VILA Štvanice describes the operation of one of the independent theatres in Prague. The analysis of the theatre and its evaluation is based on the data obtained from the individual communication with the representatives of VILA Štvanice and the analysis of the financial statements. The assessment of the artistic contribution is based on the interviews and other communication with theatre critics. The aim is to evaluate whether the current model of use of VILA Štvanice is beneficial, whether its implementation should be continued and if it should be supported from the public budgets.
