Tato bakalářská práce má za cíl provést finanční analýzu společnosti Mlékárna Valašské Meziříčí, spol. s r. o. v období 2011-2015 a odhadnout finanční výsledky pro rok 2016. Za tímto účelem se práce člení na několik kapitol. Začíná se metodickou částí, kde se vysvětlují ukazatele a jiné metody použité pro provedení finanční analýzy. Práce pokračuje kapitolou praktickou, která obsahuje vertikální a horizontální analýzu, analýzu poměrových ukazatelů, bonitní a bankrotní modely a také podkapitolu s předpokládanými výsledky mlékárny v roce 2016. Čerpalo se pouze z veřejně dostupných zdrojů, jako jsou účetní závěrky s přílohou, výroční zprávy, internetové stránky společnosti apod. This bachelor thesis's goal is to conduct a financial analysis of the company Mlékárna Valašské Meziříčí, spol. s r. o. for the period 2011-2015 and forecast its financial results for 2016. With this intention, the thesis contains several chapters. To begin with, the methodical part explains ratios and other methods used to perform the financial analysis. Next, the practical chapter consists of vertical and horizontal analysis, analysis of financial ratios, creditworthy and bankruptcy models and also subchapter with forecasted dairy processor's results for 2016. The sources for this thesis are public year-ending financial statements, annual reports, company's webpage etc.
