Zpracované téma se zabývá zkoumáním a vyhodnocováním legislativních možností státu k regulaci stavu spárkaté zvěře ve volných honitbách v právním řádu České republiky uplatňované prostřednictvím orgánů státní správy myslivosti v rámci svých kompetencí ve smyslu zákona č. 449/2001 Sb., o myslivosti, ve znění pozdějších předpisů a porovnáním obdobných institutů v právních předpisech Slovenska, Polska, Německa a Rakouska. Given topic is researching and evaluating legislative options of government for regulation of numbers of clowen hoof in free hunting grounds within legal regulations of Czech Republic exercised by bodies of government game management within own competencies in the sense of Act No.449/2001 Sb., on Game Management as subsequently amended and comparison with similar institutes in national regulation of Slovakia, Poland, Germany and Austria.
