Souhrn práce Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou nezaměstnanosti se zaměřením na nezaměstnanost rizikových skupin na trhu práce v konkrétním regionu. Vybraným regionem je Pardubický kraj. Analýza nezaměstnanosti je provedena za období let 2000-2015. Je specifikována pozice Pardubického kraje v rámci celorepublikového vývoje. Pro určení základních tendencí ve vývoji ukazatelů jsou využity základní elementární charakteristiky časových řad. V další části práce je provedeno dotazníkové šetření mezi obyvateli zvoleného okresu, které je průzkumem názorů na nezaměstnanost v místě bydliště a vlastních zkušeností s nezaměstnaností a zaměstnáním. The thesis deals with the problems of unemployment, focusing on unemployment risk groups on the labour market in a particular region. Pardubice region is the selected region. Analysis of unemployment is made for the period 2000-2015. The position of the Pardubice region is specified as part of a nationwide trend. The basic Elementary characteristics of the time series are used to determine the basic trends in the developments of indicators. In the next part of the work a questionnnaire survey is made among the residents of the selected area, which is a survey of views on unemployment in residence place and personal experience with unemployment and employment
