Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení hospodaření města Rotava. Naplnění cíle bude realizováno komplexní analýzou hospodaření za období let 2010-2015. V teoretických východiscích jsou vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se územně samosprávného celku (obce), rozpočet obce a metody finanční analýzy. Tato teoretická východiska jsou nezbytná pro vypracování praktické části práce, kterou tvoří podrobná analýza finančního hospodaření Rotavy. Na základě provedeného rozboru hospodaření a zjištěných výsledků budou navržena doporučení ke zlepšení finanční situace města. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the management of the city Rotava. Fulfilling this objective will be realized by a comprehensive analysis of operations for the period 2010-2015. In the theoretical part, there are basic concepts defined related to local government units (municipalities), municipal budget and financial analysis methods. These theoretical bases are necessary for the development of the practical part, consisting of a detailed analysis of the financial management of Rotava. Based on the analysis and findings, recommendations to improve the financial situation of the city will be submitted.
