Předmětem diplomové práce Strategie rozvoje organizace je popis interních zdrojů společnosti EcoDům s.r.o. (existující firma s fiktivním pracovním názvem) a jeho vnějšího prostředí, analýza cílového trhu a jeho vývoj. V práci se navrhuje, jak lze strategii podniku optimalizovat. V první části se práce věnuje teorii vytváření strategie se všemi aspekty, které souvisejí s tímto tématem. V druhé - praktické části je popsán současný stav společnosti EcoDům s.r.o., provedena SWOT analýza na základě interní a externí analýzy a navrženo uzpůsobení firemní strategie pro větší ziskovost a výkonnost firmy. The subject of the thesis Organization development strategy is the description of internal resources of company EcoDům and its external environment, analyzing the target market and its development. The work suggests how to optimize the business strategy. The first part deals with the theory of creating strategies with all aspects related to this topic. In the second - practical part is described the current position of the company EcoDům s.r.o., a SWOT analysis based on internal and external analysis and suggested adaption of corporate strategy for better profitability and business performance.
