Náplní této bakalářské práce je definovat olovo jako toxický prvek, jeho výskyt a vliv na složky životního prostředí (voda, půda, atmosféra), příčiny a dopady znečištění na živé organismy, shrnout informace o bio-indikaci a bio-indikátorech a popsat metodu ke zjištění koncentrací kovů v životním prostředí z nasbíraných vzorků mechů, lišejníků a sněhů z oblasti Ostravska. Součástí práce je experimentální zhodnocení stavu životního prostředí pomocí naměřených koncentrací olova a porovnání naměřených hodnot s jinými autory. The scope of this bachelor´s thesis is to define the lead as a toxic element, its occurence and impact on the environment (water, soil, atmosphere), the causes and effects of pollution on living organisms, to summarize information of bio-indication and bio-indicators and describe the method for detection metal concentrations in environment from collected specimens of mosses, lichens and snow in the Ostrava area. Part of this bachelor´s thesis is an experimental evaluation of the environment by using the measured concentrations of lead and comparing the measured values with other authors.
