Souhrn Předmětem této diplomové práce je problematika hodnocení pracovníků ve vybraném podniku. Teoretická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na poznatky z oblasti hodnocení pracovníků a čerpá z odborné literatury. Jsou zde představeny jednotlivé metody hodnocení zaměstnanců, jejich výhody i nevýhody a další determinanty v procesu hodnocení zaměstnanců, jako jsou cíle, kritéria hodnocení, jeho průběh, nebo chyby, které mohou nastat. Praktická část diplomové práce se zabývá výzkumem v konkrétním podniku. Zdrojem informací byl rozhovor se specialistou personálního oddělení, s oblastním manažerem a anketní šetření mezi zaměstnanci vybraného podniku. Dále byl proveden řízený rozhovor s oblastním manažerem konkurenční firmy. Na základě výsledků z šetření je analyzován současný stav, funkčnost a spokojenost se systémem. V závěru diplomové práce jsou po analýze zjištěných informací doporučeny konkrétní kroky ke zlepšení systému hodnocení v podniku. Summary The subject of this thesis is the issue of employee evaluation in selected company. The theoretical part is focused on the findings of the evaluation of workers and draws from literature. It presents each method of employee evaluation, their advantages and disadvantages, and other determinants of employee evaluation process, such as objectives, evaluation criteria, its progress or errors that may occur. The practical part deals with research in a particular company. The source of information was an interview with a specialist human resources department area manager and a questionnaire survey among employees of company. According to the results of the survey is analyzed the current situation, functionality and satisfaction with the system. At the end of the thesis, after analyzing the information gathered, recommended concrete steps to improve the evaluation system in the company.
