Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na manažerské dovednosti celého týmu realitních makléřů ve společnosti Realitní kancelář Pubec, s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. První část, teoretická východiska, vysvětluje pojem manažer a jeho osobnost, manažerské role, manažerské funkce, pojem řízení a podrobněji se zabývá dovednostmi. V teoretické části se také nachází porovnání názorů nejvýznamnějších osobností managementu na danou problematiku. Ve druhé části je charakterizován vybraný subjekt - Realitní kancelář Pubec. Výzkum je založen na dotazníku, který se skládá ze čtyř hlavních částí (obecné informace, významnost měkkých dovedností, sebehodnocení v oblasti měkkých dovedností a otevřené otázky), a také na konzultacích s celým týmem ve společnosti, a to kvůli získání co nejvíce informací a především kvůli zpětné vazbě. Výsledky jsou porovnány s teoretickými předpoklady, které jsou formulovány v teoretické části. Na konci diplomové práce dochází ke zhodnocení jednotlivých částí dotazníků. Poslední kapitola je věnována možnostem, jak zlepšit manažerské dovednosti do budoucnosti. This Thesis is focused on the managerial skills of the whole team real estate brokers in company Realitní kancelář Pubec, s.r.o. This Thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part of Thesis, the theoretical basis, explains who is the manager and his personality, managerial roles and function, management and skills in detail. There is explained also the difference between a leader and a manager.The comparison if the most important personalities´ attitudes in the area of management is located in the theoretical part of Masters´s thesis. In the second part is characterized the chosen subject - Realitní kancelář Pubec. The survey is based on questionnaire, which is structured into four main parts (general information, importance of soft skills, soft skills self-assessmnet and opened questions), and interviewing the whole team in the company in order to gain more information and feedback. The results are also compared with theoretical assumptions which are formulated in the first part of Thesis. There are results and its evaluation of every single part of the questionnaire in the end of Thesis. Final chapter is dedicated to possibilites of future progress of management skills.
