Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou rozvojového potenciálu územní municipality. Teoretická část definuje základní pojmy veřejné správy. Vlastní práce se věnuje empirickému zkoumání identifikovaných faktorů statisticky vyhodnocených pomocí metod z oblasti časových řad a indexní analýzy. Na základě provedených analýz byly formulovány návrhy a doporučení pro další rozvoj města. This thesis analyzes the development potential of the local municipality. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of public administration. Custom work is devoted to empirical investigation identified factors statistically evaluated using methods from the field of time series and index analysis. Based on the analyzes were formulated suggestions and recommendations for further development of the city.
