Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je analýza využití informačních systémů na Městském úřadě v Jičíně. Dílčími cíli je definovat standardy využívání informačních systémů ve veřejné správě, charakterizovat vývoj využívání informačních systémů na Městském úřadě v Jičíně a návrh opatření pro zvýšení kvality využívání. Teoretická část je zaměřena na rešerši dostupných odborných zdrojů a platné legislativy. Praktická část se skládá z rozhovorů se zaměstnanci Městského úřadu Jičín a jeho klientů, zároveň se zabývá informačními systémy úřadu. Závěr je formulován na základě syntézy teoretické a praktické části. The main objective of this thesis is the analysis of the use of information systems at the Municipal Office of the town of Jičín. Secondary targets include definition of standards of the use of information systems in public Administration, characterization of the evolution of the use of information systems at the office in Jičín and draft measures to improve the quality of the use. The theoretical part is focused on search available special scholar resources and valid legislation. The practical part consists of interviews with employees of the Municipal Authority Jičín and its clients, and simultaneously deals with the information systems of the office. The conclusion is formulated on the base of synthesis of theoretical and practical parts.
