Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou rozpočtu a hospodaření v letech 2004 až 2014 ve vybraném městě. Jejím základním cílem je vyhodnocení příjmové a výdajové stránky rozpočtu. Nedílnou součástí je rozbor přijatých dotací včetně přínosů pro město a zjištění možnosti realizace připravovaných investičních záměrů. Pro praktickou část byly přínosné interní dokumenty města. Výsledků bylo dosaženo převážně metodou analýzy a syntézy. The thesis deals with budget analysis and management in the years 2004 to 2014 in the chosen city. The primary objective is to evaluate the revenue and expenditure side of the budget. An integral part of the analysis, including grants received benefits for the city, is to investigate the possibility of realization of upcoming investment plans. For the practical part were beneficial internal documents of the city. Results were achieved mainly by the analysis and synthesis.
