Předmětem diplomové práce je vyhodnocení problematiky vymáhání justičních pohledávek v právní teorii a praxi. První část práce je věnována zejména vysvětlení klíčových pojmů z hlediska právní úpravy. Následující část práce ukazuje možné způsoby vymáhání justičních pohledávek. Závěrečná část práce hodnotí zjištěné výsledky z hlediska kvalitativních i kvantitativních ukazatelů. The subject of this thesis is to evaluate the issue of judicial enforcement of claims in legal theory and practice. The first part is devoted to an explanation of key concepts in terms of legislation. The next part shows the possible ways of enforcing judicial claims. The final part evaluates the results in terms of qualitative and quantitative indicators.
