Diplomová práce svým charakterem spadá do regionálního rozvoje v oblasti cestovního ruchu. Jako celek je zaměřena na pozici a význam turismu ve střední Evropě, konkrétně se specifikuje na státy Visegrádské skupiny tj. Českou republiku, Maďarsko, Polsko a Slovensko. Teoretická část se zabývá obecnou charakteristikou cestovního ruchu jako celku. Vysvětluje základní pojmy, které slouží jako východisko pro praktickou část. Definuje cestovní ruch, zaměřuje se na typologii cestovního ruchu, popisuje faktory ovlivňující rozvoj cestovního ruchu, zabývá se zeměmi Visegrádské skupiny, specifikuje cestovní ruch v zemích Visegrádské skupiny. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je, s ohledem na výstupy z teoretické části, vytvořit novou turistickou trasu v rámci zemí Visegrádské skupiny. K tomuto účelu byl sestaven několikadenní poznávací zájezd po zemích Visegrádské skupiny, včetně jeho finanční kalkulace. Výsledný produkt je možné použít pro obohacení nabídky zájezdů pro cestovní kanceláře nabízející zájezdy do střední Evropy. Nová turistická trasa přispěje k rozšíření klientely cestovních kanceláří, především o klienty ze zámoří. V konečném kontextu dojde k rozvoji cestovního ruchu v zemích Visegrádské skupiny. This master's thesis concerns itself with regional development in tourism. In general it focuses on the position and importance of tourism in Central Europe, and more specifically on the Visegrad Group i.e. the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the general characteristics of tourism as a whole and explains basic concepts that serve as a basis for the practical part. It defines tourism and its typology, describes the factors affecting tourism development, focuses on the countries of the Visegrad Group and specifies tourism in these countries. With regard to the topics discussed in the theoretical part, the main objective of this master's thesis is to create a new tourist route within the Visegrad Group (V4) countries. For this specific purpose, a tour of the V4 countries was planned. The plan itself foresees a tour lasting several days and includes a budget. The resulting outcome can be used to enrich the existing tour offers of travel agencies who focus on tours within Central Europe. This new tourist route will help to expand the customer base of travel agencies, especially with customers from overseas. The final outcome will lead to further tourism development within the Visegrad Group countries.
