Člověk prochází za svůj život několika vývojovými obdobími, jejichž vrcholnou etapou je stáří. Dnešní střední generaci čeká velmi dlouhá cesta k zaslouženému odpočinku, a proto je nezbytným krokem změnit některé vzorce uvažování a chování při pohledu na stáří a stárnoucí generaci. Každý člověk by si měl uvědomit, že také on sám bude jednou starý a odkázaný na pomoc druhých a podle toho již dnes uzpůsobit své chování a myšlení. Vždyť nejen každý člověk, ale i každý senior si zaslouží být podporován a povzbuzován natolik, aby měl chuť a zájem žít kvalitním a aktivním životem naplněným zájmem o sebe i své okolí tak, aby se cítil důstojně, chtěný a sebevědomý, nikoli odsunutý na okraj společnosti a uvězněný ve své samotě a nejistotě. A man goes through several development periods in their life; and the ultimate stage is the old age. Today's middle age generation is awaiting a very long journey towards their well-deserved rest, and therefore it is necessary to change some patterns of thinking and behaviour in view of old age and aging generation. Every man should realize that they themselves will be old and reliant on the help of others one day, and adapt their behaviour and thinking accordingly now because not only every person but every senior deserves to be supported and encouraged enough to have a will and interest to live a quality life filled with an active interest in themselves and their surroundings, as well as to feel dignified, wanted and confident, not pushed to the edge of society, imprisoned in their loneliness and uncertainty.
