Tato práce se v teoretické části zabývá problematikou příjmů a především výdajů státního rozpočtu, rozpočtu Policie České republiky a nákladů vynaložených na provoz služebních dopravních prostředků. Vysvětlené jsou zde pojmy týkající se veřejného sektoru, veřejných financí a rozebrána je zde soustava veřejných rozpočtů. Jsou zde vymezeny pojmy a definice automobilu, základních druhů vozidel a provozu na pozemních komunikacích. Praktická část je zaměřena na hospodaření Policie České republiky, vynaložených nákladů na spotřebované pohonné hmoty, počet projetých kilometrů a nehodovosti služebních dopravních prostředků. Je zde popsáno tankování a druhy služebních dopravních prostředků, jejich počty a nehodovost a počty řidičů, neboli referentů, kteří je řídí. Na závěr je vyhodnoceno hospodaření Policie ČR a rozbor sledovaných ukazatelů v daném období a jejich předpokládaný vývoj do budoucna. This work is theoretical part deals with revenues and expenditures, state budget, the Police of the Czech Republic and the cost of operating business vehicles. There are explained terms relating to the public sector, public finances and discussed herein system of public budgets. There are concepts and definitions car, the basic kinds of vehicles and road traffic. The practical part is focused on the management of the Police of the Czech Republic, the costs of the fuel consumed, the number of kilometers traveled and accidents official vehicles. There is described refueling and types of service vehicles, their numbers and the numbers of accidents and drivers who operates them. Finally, we evaluated the management of the Police and analysis of monitored indicators in the period and the expected development in the future.
