Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První část práce zahrnuje nejdůležitější informace týkající se chování spotřebitelů při nakupování, typologie spotřebitelů z různých pohledů, modelů spotřebního chování, nákupního rozhodovacího procesu, důležitá je také černá skříňka spotřebitele, která zahrnuje faktory, které na spotřebitele působí při rozhodování o nákupu. Do práce bylo také nutné zahrnout informace o nemoci diabetes mellitus, jelikož práce se týká chování diabetiků při nákupu potravin. Druhá část práce je věnována převážně dotazníkovému šetření, jehož výsledky jsou v této části prezentovány a jehož cílem bylo identifikovat faktory, které ovlivňují spotřebitele s diabetem při nakupování potravinářských produktů. Součástí vlastní části práce je také průzkum aktuální nabídky potravin, které jsou značené jako vhodné pro diabetiky. Diploma work is divided into two main parts. The first part includes the most information about consumer´s behaviour when shopping, typology of consumers from different perspectives, models of consumer´s behaviour, decision-making process, also important is consumer´s black box, which includes factor which act on consumers during purchase decision-making. To the work was also necessary include information about the disease diabetes mellitus, because this work is about behaviour of diabetics when buying food. The second part of diploma work is largely dedicated to questionnaire survey, whose results are presented in this part of work and whose aim was to identify the factors which influence consumers with diabetes when buying foods products. This part also includes exploration of current offer foods that are labelled as suitable for diabetics.
