Cílem této bakalářské práce je formulovat alternativy podnikové strategie společnosti Modrá pyramida stavební spořitelna, a.s. Teoretická část je zpracována formou literární rešerše na zvolené téma. V praktické části jsou zpracovány jednotlivé metody analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí. Na závěr je provedena syntéza získaných poznatků v zjednodušené SWOT matici a jsou vyvozeny možné alternativy podnikové strategie. Společnosti je doporučeno zaměřit se na zlepšení slabých stránek za pomoci využití silných stránek podniku a využití příležitostí plynoucích z vnějšího prostředí. The main target of this thesis is the formulation of alternatives business strategy of a company Modrá pyramida stavební spořitelna. The theoretical part of thesis is processed throught a literature review on the chosen topic. In the practical part of thesis there are used analyzes of internal and external enviroment. At the end of the thesis is mentioned synthesis of all gained findings and in simplification SWOT matrix are deduce possible alternatives of business strategy. Companies are advised to focus more on the weaknesses through using strenghts and opporunities of the comapany.
