Společná zemědělská politika (SZP) je nejstarší politikou Evropského společenství. Její počátky se datují rokem 1962 a po celou dobu byla nejdůležitější politikou Společenství. Je na ni určena až polovina rozpočtu EU, a proto je podrobně v disertační práci charakterizována historie Společenství i vývoj samotné SZP v EU. Cílem disertační práce je charakterizovat vliv SZP na české zemědělství. Komparativní analýzou jsou vyhodnoceny vybrané národní ekonomické ukazatelé České republiky. Pro větší vypovídající hodnotu vlivu SZP na české zemědělství jsou zhodnoceny vybrané ekonomické i materiální ukazatelé v konkrétních zemědělských podnicích hospodařících na 7000 ha zemědělské půdy v okrese Hradec Králové. Rovněž na dané konkrétní podniky je zhodnocen vliv restrukturalizace Společné organice trhu cukrem v rámci EU. Disertační práce komplexně navrhuje možnosti čerpání finančních prostředků v novém programovacím období let 2014-2020 v rámci SZP. Zároveň v disertační práci jsou charakterizována specifika polského zemědělství, tj. výrobní struktura a forma členění dotací. Je provedena a vyhodnocena komparativní analýza ekonomických výsledků zemědělských podniků v České republice a Polské republice s vyhodnocením k průměru EU. V rámci jednotné platby je provedena analýza rozdílu mezi obdobím let 2014-2020 k letům 2007-2013 v České republice s tím, že jsou vyhodnoceny hlavní rozdíly jednotné platby mezi žadateli v České republice a Polské republice v novém programovacím období. Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) is the oldest policy of European Union. Its beginning is dated to 1962 and for the whole time it has been the most important policy of the Union. Up to the half of the EU budget goes to this policy and therefore there is a thorough characteristic of history of the Union and the developement of the CAP in EU in this dissertation thesis. The aim of the thesis is to define the influence of CAP on Czech agriculture. To proof this influence on Czech agriculture there are economic and material indicators included in specific agricultural companies managing 7000 ha of farm lands in Hradec Králové region. The influence of restructuralization of Common organisation of the sugar market in EU is also included. The dissertation thesis compehensively suggests how to cover financing of CAP in the new period between 2014 and 2020. There are also specifics of the Poland agriculture, specificaly the production stucture and the structuring of subsidies. There is an analysis of enconomical results of agricultural companies in Czech Republic and Poland compared to the EU. There is also an analysis of differences of the unified payment between years 2014-2020 and years 2007-2013 in Czech republic with evaluation of the differences between Czech and Poland in the new period.
