Tato diplomová práce se zabývá objektem bývalého kina z roku 1950, jeho významem a možností dnešního využití. Objekt se nachází v samém centru města a je na něj tak upřena pozornost místních obyvatel. Cílem práce bylo vyhodnotit aktuální potřeby obyvatel a jejich implementování do stavebně-technického projektu na úrovni studie. Objekt zatím skrývá svůj potenciál a je vnímán v zástavbě jako nevyužitý. V minulosti již místní spolky i jednotlivci projevili zájem o zachování objektu, a to zároveň klade důraz na urychlené jednání ze strany města. Výsledek práce je o to cennější, že práce může posloužit jako podklad pro stavební úřad a příslušné orgány jako inspirace při současných jednáních o budoucí podobě objektu. This Master thesis is dealing with building of the former cinema from 1950 its meaning and current possibilities of using. The building is located in the city center and it is thus denied to the attention of local residents. The aim of this work was to assess the current needs of the locals and further implement them to structural and technical project-level study. The building still hides its potential and is seen untapped in this area today. Local organizations and individuals have expressed their interest in the preservation of the building in the past and it makes a pressure to municipality to do action. The outcome of work is more valuable because it can serve as a basis for building authority and competent authorities as an inspiration in the current negotiations on the future shape of the object.
