Předmětem této diplomové práce je rozbor důchodové reformy v ČR a na Slovensku a vyvození doporučení pro důchodový systém v ČR. V první části práce jsou popsány typy penzijních systémů. Druhá část práce se věnuje ekonomickým, politickým a demografickým aspektům, které ovlivňují důchodový systém. Třetí a čtvrtá kapitola je věnována analýze současných penzijních systémů v České republice a na Slovensku. V závěrečné části jsou shrnuta doporučení pro Českou republiku plynoucí z vývoje těchto reforem. The subject of this diploma thesis is to analyze the retirement reforms in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia and to find some recommendations for retirement system in the Czech Republic. There are different kinds of retirement systems described in the first part of this thesis. The second part solves economical, political and demographic aspects which have direct influence onto the retirement system. The third and the fourth chapter are devoted to analysis of current retirement systems in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia. All recommendations for retirement reforms in the Czech Republic, which come from the evolution of these reforms, are summarized in the last part of this thesis.
